I wouldn’t recommend maybe I was a woman and a woman of color. However, my second visit regarding the sizing issue with the screen. They were rude for no apparent reason. I needed additional screens made and I stated my concerns a (w) male was extremely rude stating that my issues was their concerns yelled we’re need $125 deposit as if I didn’t pay for my previous purchase. The second male dark hair claimed he would contact to resolve the issue and also rude before the 4th of July never heard from anyone. I needed a custom-made screen for a sliding glass door on a home we purchased. They guided me through the field measurement, and made a custom sliding screen with roller wheels to the exact dimensions. It fit right in and rolls well. Not a fancy store, but I got specialty service that is unavailable from a big box or hardware store

I am writing more than a year after J&J installed my screens. I felt the need to let others know that the service is excellent. A person came and talked with me, measured and then they go back and in a day or two, have a quote. It is not inexpensive, but not out of line either. It is, in my opinion, well worth every cent paid. I agreed and they got the job done. I highly recommend them. I would use them again and if anyone asks if I know of a good screening company, this is it.

Ok service and they perform repairs. Location is in the SE metro area but have a few hardware stores in other locations that send windows to them.
