Great service from Vikki and team at J & B. Didn't feel like I was getting upsold on anything and the pricing/options were straightfoward with all the choices outlined clearly with benefits and drawbacks for each. The installers did a great job or removing the old carpet and pad laying down the new stuff. Would recommend them for fast service (install within two days for me), fair pricing and a wide selection of carpets and other flooring options. One thing to note, is they don't take credit cards, so be sure to have your checkbook or cash on hand. Five stars!!

My nephew recently moved out of my mother’s house after living there with her for 10 years. He moved in at age 17 and unsurprisingly the carpet in his room was ruined. Mom is 87 and she asked me to find her someone to replace the carpet. She lives in Phoenix but I live in Virginia so I had to rely on online reviews. I couldn't be more thrilled with the cream colored Berber carpet we had installed 2 years ago. We had it installed in all of our bedrooms and it's all held up incredibly well (still looks brand new) but I'm most shocked and surprised in how well it's held up in our busy toddler's room. From the moment it was installed, it has seen a lot of activity, from lots of playtime to the inevitable spills and messes.
