J & B Countertops

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the staff asked all the right questions. Other than the soap dispenser hole drilled a bit too far back from the edge (soap doesn't always make it to the sink), the installation is excellent. They also had the level the island extension because the cabinet guys had it off over 1/2"! So that speaks to the attention to detail of the installation team who worked on this house. J&B turned out one of the few GOOD contractors. Give them a visit!

Fantastic prices. Exceptional service. Install crew was polite and professional. They had to cut and trim to get my faucet to a perfect fit! They were not satisfied until it was flawless, cleaned and shined. You can pry my granite countertop from my cold dead hands. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Did I say I was happy? Oh yea....

J&B put in countertops in my last home ( Brown Fantasy granite). So when I moved into my older home I had J&B replace the old Corian type counters. My new countertops are Quartz, Perla Venata.. and are gorgeous! It’s an off white with grey and brown veining almost shell-like pieces that shimmer. My sales person Katelyn J was very helpful with showing me products on the grounds ( huge selection). And she provided a quote then set up the installation soon afterwards. The installers are very professional ( 3 men) and pay attention to details including the seam and the sealant that I purchased to protect the counters. I am happy that I worked with J&B again!

J&B installed our kitchen cabinets and countertops in early 2021. By the end of the year in 2021 the paint was significantly peeling off. They said I needed to contact the guy they had installing them at the time to get him to come back to make the repairs since he didn’t work for them anymore. That guy agreed to do it if J&B purchased the materials which they agreed to do. His name is Jamie Day and he never came back out to make the repairs. J&B said they could not find anyone willing to fix someone else’s work to get them repainted. I was in contact with them regularly over 2022 and 2023 patiently waiting for them to get someone back out to fix the peeling paint which has gotten significantly worse since the first time I contacted them. Katlyn was wonderful to work with-very knowledgable about her product and how to get the look I wanted. I should have been the easiest client bc I am an interior decorator but had a hard time choosing and she was incredibly patient with me. Got me the design I wanted close to the budget my husband wanted! And the actual install was gorgeous! I have worked with lots of companies for my clients and that is not always the case but they did a beautiful job!!
