I’ll start by giving credit where it’s due — the owner stood behind his word. He delivered a quality product, and when the first door didn’t meet expectations, he ordered a new front door to make it right. That level of integrity deserves five stars, no question about it. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. I hired this company to replace a lower-quality door I installed myself during COVID because I wanted a professional installation done right. I got the better-quality door, but not the expert installation I paid for. The workmanship simply isn’t there. This is our second door, and it’s performing worse now that the weather has changed. A brand-new door shouldn’t bind, stick, or be hard to open — especially when it’s installed by supposed professionals. I’m not a picky cust

Based on a neighbor's recommendation, I chose to have my kitchen window replaced by JB&D. And wow, that certainly was a good decision! When Jim stopped by to provide an estimate, he was informative, patient and good-humored, and Marvin did an excellent job installing the new window -- indeed, it looks perfect! So, it's my pleasure to recommend the folks at JB&D Siding and Windows. They were great to work with, and I genuinely appreciated their professionalism.

I would highly recommend. We had 2 windows installed in a couple of hours. Very efficient and friendly crew. They also returned and made some adjustments that were actually outside the scope of the job without additional charges. Will be contacting them for future jobs.

The man (not sure if he was the owner) who came to my home today was very nice and attempted to help me with a window that they didn't even have to because I didn't purchase from them. He did it simply out of kindness and that is hard to come by these days. So I know now if I need a new window or know anyone who does I am recommending them off of work ethic alone. I haven't had a single person be that kind or helpful at the other places I tried calling. I appreciate the fact that you drove over just to help.
