J & B Garage Doors

From the initial call to J & B, when I talked to Danielle, the best Customer Service Representative I have ever encountered, my experience with her and the very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, skilled, Technicians, was absolutely incredible! They are professional, prompt in responding, and reasonably priced. On the day of installation, after installing the two openers, there was a pairing issue and my two Techs said they were going to resolve the issue and not leave until everything was working properly. They worked diligently and resolved the issue in a timely manner. When they completed the work, they thoroughly cleaned the area and completely answered my questions. J & B is an excellent company and I highly recommend them! Thank you for your exceptional Company!

Bought a lift and oh crap, the garage door hits the top of the lift. Called around to schedule quotes. First guy wasn’t even worth remembering their name. Saying it couldn’t be done. J & B shows up. Looks at the lift, the garage and talked to me like I didn’t spend a week researching and decided I didn’t want invest time into it. Price was beyond reasonable compared to dude who said he couldn’t do it and averages online. This thing is so tight that it practically hugs the roof and stops about 6 inches from that load bearing beam. Basically, they got in, worked around my slight “work mess” and got it done in about 2 1/2 hours.

Adding my review from my personal account instead of my work account: Called DoorServ at first repair my garage door that my wife had accidentally backed into and bent the lower door panel. Service person was nice and polite, but there was zero attempt at any repairs because it was "too old". I was told I need a whole new door, new track and new springs and was quoted $3800 and it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. Danielle from J&B called me back when they opened and was able to send Chester out, who came out later in the day, and was able to repair the "beyond repairable" lower panel, straighten the hinges and parts, and put it all back together in less than 2 hours!!! I'm grateful I didn't stop at my first option, as I'd be without a functional garage until mid July still. Thanks Danie

J&B did an amazing job. My spring broke on my garage door and I couldn’t get anyone to either respond or come out to the house on the day needed to free my car. Even though they were busy they still sent the techs out to give an estimate and raise my door so I couldn’t get my car out around 8pm. They were fast with the estimate and once I accepted they came out as soon as they could and replaced the spring and fixed my door in what seemed like record time. They will definitely be my go to in the future for any needs I have!

Spoke with Jeremy in the morning, and he was out the same day to diagnose the issue. When my home warranty wouldn’t cover the repair, J&B Garage Door saved me $300. The repair was completed within a week, communication was great, and the installers were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
