I can't say enough great things about Northern Air! Todd and his son Adam came to our residence in Hagerstown, MD. We had another tech come out the day before he did. That tech said we had to replace the Heat Exchange and was going to charge us so much money. The heating unit was turning off intermittently and very had to troubleshoot. Todd and Adam took on the arduous of task of breaking down the unit into its parts until they found the culprit. The drainage trap was clogged. Todd and Adam cleaned the drainage trap and hose, put our furnace back together and it's been working ever since. It is so refreshing to have found Northern Air, a company who truly cares about their customers and works with integrity. There is no other company we want working on our HVAC other than Northern Air
