JJ&B Services did an excellent job on our septic replacement, and they completed this in 3.5 days. John clearly explained the work to be done and provided updates along the way. He also beat competitor's pricing. I found this company to exhibit professionalism and reliability, and I would highly recommend.

Most unreliable company I've ever dealt with!!! Made arrangements on a Friday for him to replace my bad pump. He had me text him photos of the pump. So he could have the proper one. So he had scheduled me for 7:30-8am the following Tuesday morning. (Memorial day weekend) So when he hadn't showed up by 9:15am, I tried to call him. (No answer) Left a voice message. Waited another hour. (To give him time to check his messages). So i tried to call again. Still no answer. So I texted him, to get an ETA on him. Received a text back saying he wouldn't be out until later on in the day. I had errands to do, plus I took the day off of work!! So come 7pm, he was a no show. No phone call. Nothing!! I was livid!! I ended up calling someone else to come and do the job!! Plus I had to take another day of

John canceled the first appointment, came out to the house a few days later when he said he would install a new septic pump but “wasn’t prepared to work that day”. Re-scheduled for a third appointment, but no call no showed. Does not return calls, voice messages or txt messages. Unreliable and of low integrity, would not recommend - advise against use.

John handled this job perfectly. He had material here when needed. There were no unnecessary delays. He was pleasant and professional. The finish work looks great. He promised he would pad the driveway so there would be no damage. It worked like a charm. I only gave 4 stars so no one would think I was a relative He deserved all 5 stars.

I had a Septic Alarm going off and a friendly guy named John came out to take a look. After resetting a tripped circuit breaker, it was determined that the pump went bad. John said he would be here on a certain day to replace it, then never showed. He then said he'd be here the next morning, didn't show again. Then said he was waiting on a part, had it in stock, and would be here tomorrow, then again, didn't show. He stopped responding to calls, hasn't return voicemails, and after two weeks I was forced to contact another company. Stay away from this company. Extremely unprofessional.
