My 19yo deck was in need of repair—bowing railings, creaking boards. I’d received Jonathan’s flyer and gave him a call the Friday before Labor Day Weekend. He came out the following Tuesday to take a look, sent an itemized estimate two days later and met me that evening to get the deposit, dropped off the lumber on Saturday, and started work Monday morning. By Thursday afternoon, the job was done to spec. Communication was fantastic. Jonathan let me know when he’d be arriving and when he was wrapping up for the day, and he was respectful of the property. He asked about where he could park, where he could leave the materials, where it would be okay to set up his tools, if it would be okay to work until sundown, and he informed me about all changes to the design (since we were repairing an

John was a pleasure to deal with. He answered the phone the first time I called him, and showed up when he said he would. I needed a fence post replaced and some sections of my fence patched up and he did a great job at a very reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend John for handyman services.
