Just had technician, Eric, deliver oil. He knocked on my door just to tell me that he had accidentally knocked over an old flower pot and tried to give me $20 to replace it! I am so impressed with his integrity and honesty and his willingness to be accountable- not such a common thing these days! Thank you, Teft Oil, for hiring great people. Thank you, Eric, for outstanding customer service!

Today is 2.22.2026, a large snowstorm is expected. I called a couple of days ago to be put on the Delivery List. They explained that because of the snowstorm we were probably looking at Wednesday for oil. Being nearly 80 I don't handle these storms well and it does take me awhile to dig out. Suddenly about 9:45 this morning my Dog Alarm went off. JC Tefft was delivering the heating oil two day ahead of time and before the SnowStorm. This was very unexpected to get a delivery on Sunday, but very welcomed. Now we just have to worry about losing electricity, always a problem in RI. JC Tefft went well above and beyond, for which I am very grateful.

Not very customer friendly. People in office not very good communication skills. Keep calling there office there answer machine is always full. All done with that. 5yrs of being a customer. Guess they are too big. Customer base doesn't matter. Good luck to them. Guess I'm not the only one to complain.

They always have the best price. Prompt delivery and people that answer the phone do a great job
