This review is long overdue, but our experience with Priority One was so outstanding that, even months later, I still couldn't let this slip through the cracks. Our boiler damper had been blowing back and forth for quite some time, and I hadn't thought much of it until I Googled the issue and saw some pretty terrifying explanations. I called over the weekend and got an immediate answer from Mike. He told me he could be out to us first thing Monday, and sure enough, he was! He serviced our boiler, took care of the lines and filter, and explained what I could do about the damper. All of this work and clear explanations came at a great price! Needless to say, we'll definitely be using Priority One from this point forward. Thank you, Mike!

Mike answered the phone, scheduled and appointment, came on time and did the service, charged the going rate. I should have checked right away but I didn't and a yesterday I was in the area of the furnace looking for somethin and I noticed that the screen inserts that I keep in a special holder to keep them from damage had been damaged noy a lot but just enough to make them unusable. I told him who I was, the address, when he came and what he did. I said that he must have accidentally bent the screen frames as they are close to the furnace. No he said I would have told you if I broke something "I'm an honest guy", a red flag for me. UPDATE: Called back a year later because we had a leak. Same thing! Same great service, same great prices and same great guy! Thank you Mike HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We googled “furnace service” and called Priority One based on their reviews. So glad we did for so many reasons. Our appointment was for 8AM and Mike literally pulled in the driveway at the dot of 8. He did a great job and he even showed me and explained how it works. He left a tag on the furnace when he got done with his phone numbers and explained that he’s always available in case of emergencies. He is so fairly priced and honest. Also, he was safe and took precautions during a pandemic, which was so respectful to us. We will use him as long as he is in business. Highly recommend!!! Great guy.
