I've used JD&3 Flooring Installations and Repair for years in Manhattan on multiple rental units I've owned and my own home. Jim has always done a good job at a fair price and I've always been happy with his work.
Jim did an excellent job installing our vinyl plank flooring. We were on a time crunch and he was able to fit our job in. He did really great work. We love our floors!
Jim Doran is such a hard worker and perfectionist! I highly recommend him!
