Do not use this company. This company does work without obtaining a building permit. Work was not authorized by Board of Directors. Painted building a color that does not match the existing which is against Village code. Placed address numbers on back building that do not match front in size or placement. Splashed green paint on door handle. Very sloppy unprofessional job for a company that boasts of completing projects at high end buildings.
