Chris, the senior technician, did an excellent job. We were very pleased with him. Oliver also is a senior technician and has proven himself many times over to be helpful and very knowledgeable. Shannon is the best service coordinator. She always looks after the customer's best interest. She's handled our account for five years and we have been very pleased with her.

Isael R, the lead installer for J & D was fantastic. Isael and his assistant worked very well together. J & D must spend a lot of time training their employees. The System that J & D recommend was a perfect match for what I needed for my Condo st Heritage Pointe Condo's. Actually J & D was selected in 2003 to do the original installation of HVAC systems. My Condo was cleaner looking after the installers left than before they arrived. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Company J & D checks all the boxes. One very satisfied 82-year-old male living in Paradise.

We had the APCO-X air treatment installed, it took us 6 weeks and 5 days out of work to finally get this project completed. The office staff is horrible that took care of me, the tech Mario was outstanding. If I did'nt call the office last week I would still be waiting to have this job completed Overall, if I had to do it over again I would call someone else.

Matthew K was very efficient and knowable when he came for our 6 month maintenance appointment and found that 1 of our a/c units needed to be replaced. 2 days later and we are all set with a brand new system. We were not surprised as the system is 11 years old. We had already replaced 2 others. We are long time customers of J&D Heating and Air Conditioning and have been satisfied with their service.
