I reached out to this company to flatten two large epoxy tables. Communication was sparse and delayed; they refused to provide a quote upfront, said they will only give me the price after the work was done. I requested the tables be planed from 1 15/16" down to 1 3/4". Instead, they planed them down to 1 3/8"—significantly thinner than requested—without ever consulting me. They only claimed it was necessary because the table was "cupped" after I noticed the height difference at pickup. The tables were already flat when delivered. It is highly likely they planed one side and left it overnight on a flat surface, blocking airflow and causing the wood to cup. Joe and his team did exceptional work on the custom countertops for our kitchen remodel. He really took the time to discuss and explain all aspects of the project and was very accommodating with communication during a busy time for my family. Everyone who sees our counters comments on how beautiful they look, and we got great advice from Joe on how to treat them. Joe and his associates made the cabinets for our kitchen and laundry room. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Joe helped me with the layout and the stain color choice. You receive a computer picture of your cabinets so you have a visual concept of what your room will look like when finished. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, he was ready to help. The cabinets are stunning and exactly what I wanted. Everything was delivered in a timely manner,too. I highly recommend working with them!

We needed to replicate a portion of staircase to extend the length of our antique staircase. No other North Country artisan would commit to the daunting task except for Eberle woodworking. Joe and his team meticulously and seamlessly blended old and new. They exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed with the quality of craftsmanship, attentiveness, and creativity that we commissioned a dining room table, a coffee table, and a kitchen island. The dining room and coffee table were constructed from salvaged timbers from the original 1850 farmhouse. These artisan pieces are the focal points of our home.
