I swear my guardian angel directed me to J. Edwards Painting. I needed to get a rental property fixed for listing but was not local at the moment. Someone assisting me got other quotes and I found them to be overpriced (general contractor markup, I suppose), so I took to the internet myself and found James Edwards to take care of the interior painting. He not only took care of the painting but assisted me with the other work that was needed - either acting as the coordinator or directing me to trustworthy vendors.
