We have had JF McGraw install water softening systems at two of our residences. His work is excellent! He's very communicative, helpful, and leaves a clean space after he's done with the install. We have found Jim to be helpful and affordable. We've had a great experience and would not hesitate to hire him again!

My mother was having issues with air in her faucets. Jim came out and narrowed it down to a problem in the well. He came back 2 days later and put a new pump,piping, and wire in a 299' well! He is very knowledgeable about everything with a well. He explained everything he was going to do and is very professional! I would highly recommend Jim for all your well and water treatment needs.

I contacted Jim after a power outage had ended and my home was still without water. Having a geothermal heating system meant I also was without heat. Did I mention this was the day after a snow storm with below freezing temperatures abound. Jim responded immediately and had me send him pictures of my pressure tank. Moments later he contacted me and walked me through the process of resetting the pressure switch on the tank. He saved me hundreds of dollars and when another problem arises he will be the first to be called. Thank you Jim. There are not many out there like you.

Called who I assume was the owner on a Monday, they said they'd be out on Wednesday between 10:30 & 11. The tech who's name is Jim ( I beleive) came out at 11. He was very friendly and very fast! The whole process was about 25 minutes and he even took the time to explain the point of the UV lamp and what the whole process entailed! It's also very convenient that they send out a yearly reminder letter because this isn't something I'd remember needs done honestly. He replaced the UV lamp and cleaned everything. This was a great experience from what seems like a small company and I appreciated the professional courtesy.
