If you’re going to block 100% of a road for more than 1 minute let alone 10 you should have the common courtesy to put up signs at the beginning of the road. Yes it would take man hours and coordination, as it should and you should already be doing these things without being told to. Especially when the blocked portion is a mile from the beginning, and turning around is the only way around. It actually should be required by law. Blocking a public road is not allowed. What about emergency vehicles, in this and every instance that you block a road there is the possibility that your road block could slow down emergency vehicles from reaching those in need of life saving assistance.
