I was impressed with the reviews of good workmanship & service so I called this business requesting a call back in order to get an estimate for roof work. Over a two week period I left three separate messages asking for a call back in order to get an estimate, but no one ever returned any of my calls. Very disappointing. I guess I'll have to give my business to another company.

Coming from the construction business, it is a pleasure to find a contractor who makes commitments and keeps them! The estimate and proposal packages were more thorough than the large retail houses. Bottom line you showed up and completed the job as promised! I rarely recommend a contractor but would be proud to recommend JH Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

Tim and company were the best! Tim came to our house and thoroughly explained the entire removal and installation process to us. We had a quote and were able to obtain financing on the spot to make it happen! The team was here for a day and a half and our new roof looks great! They were professional, cleaned away all debris, and asked how we liked their service. We recommended them to my in-laws, who also had roofing work performed by Tim's crew. They, too, loved them! After reading all these reviews I was really excited to work with JH Roofing and Construction, however it didn't turn out that great. They came over did an estimate but never sent it to me and never called me back. First, they cancelled on me to give me the estimate and said they would email it to me, which is fine. But that never happened. So I gave them a few days thinking they may be busy and emailed them and never heard back. So I decided to call them and again never heard back. I'm not sure what happened but that is never a good way to do business.

Started calling in late February, 2016 to coordinate small repairs on a roof they installed. Was looking for an estimate, not for free work. Repeated calls and months passed, with no activity. You have to get lucky and have them pick up the phone, since the return calls are elusive. Finally, got an email in April from the owner asking for a few more details. Now it's June, and no one ever showed up.
