The person who picked up the phone was very disrespectful, she just hung up the phone before I can ask her a question then I called back twice and she kept hanging up, when I called her with my other phone she picked up playing dumb like I didn’t know her voice . Next thing she’s laughing and she hung up again like huh . Employees like that our not good for business

We contracted to have Hanlon Oil remove an in ground oil burner at our place of business in Lexington. Great decision! They were recommended to us by our insurance agent who had used them similarly and we couldn't have been more pleased. Johnny Hanlon has done this type of work for many years and he made it easy for us. They were timely, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. His wife, Caroline, deals with billing and she couldn't have been nicer. If five stars is as high as it goes, I'd give them six.

Recently found myself in need of a replacement oil tank. The current one was leaking. Went on a couple of facebook pages for my city and saw John Hanlon's name more than once. So I gave a call, left a voicemail and less than 5 minutes later, Johnny called me back and set up a visit to come and see the situation. As my dad has always told me a minimum of three estimates, I attempted to scheduled a few others to come by. Two were bigger companies and one other was a local guy.
