I've been a member of JHood services for a year and they've been spectacular! The folks they send out to take care of my plumbing and HVAC needs have all been wonderful and smart. I would like to especially shout out Chris Marshall who did my most recent HVAC checkup - he's a super smart guy who explained every step of the checkup and gave me things to look out for in my new condo. Super helpful and great to get along with!

Recently J Hood Services diagnosed and replaced a 13 year old heat pump during one of the coldest winters we have experienced in over 20 years. Within 2 days of diagnosis of a fatal issue, a new Carrier heat pump was installed and up and running. Our house was safe, warm and comfortable again just 2 weeks before a snow and sleet storm that shut down our area for a week. The installation team were professional and respectful. They did a superb job and were dependable, worked in an efficient manner and explained the timeline of the 1 day installation. We will continue using J Hood Services for all of our plumbing, heating and electrical needs. Thank you J Hood for being a trustworthy business.

Amazing service. They installed a new HVAC system. They were so professional, so helpful and extremely honest. Kurdo the installer was a wonderful technician. He was so genuine and hardworking. They installed a new water heater in my home. The estimator, Jose', came to the house and did a fine job explaining my options and providing a fast proposal. The installation team came on time and did a nice, clean job. Kurdo and Nick were the people doing the work. After the install Kurdo took time to make sure I understood how the heater and related equipment worked and answered all my questions. I recommend them highly.

We used J. Hood Services to flush our tankless water heater. The service was impeccable. Our technician, Keith, called when on his way and arrived on time. He was neat in the house, told me exactly what he was going to do and how long it should take. He was also friendly, courteous and professional.
