On a call for a leaking washer at my house, Mr Hugues quickly determined the washer was not leaking and worked to find the problem even after he realized the washer was okay. He told me the least he could do was find the problem since I had a service call already. The drain stack and nearby hot water heater were the issue. He probably saved us form having a hot water heater burst and we were able to repair the clogged drain. His expertise was impressive.

The washer in our rental condo went out and our tenant was in the middle of washing towels. Everyone we called was booked for at least two weeks. You guys were at my condo within three hours and you fixed the washer in less than one hour. My tenant said you were professional and efficient. Thank you!
