J-III Concrete

Awful drivers. Pay to have them there and they leave as soon as they can. Never again.

Hire non listeners. Driver was given directions on where to go to pour concrete. He decided to first go talk with first delivery driver. Drove over and broke septic tank. When owner was called he screamed and blamed us. Filed suit after one year of trying to get them to pay for septic tank replacement $1800. (4/22) He asked for trail by jury. Still waiting for trial date(10/22) We finally got a court date (4/18) but since he’s not available. His lawyer asked for a continuance. Next date was to be on 5/2. No surprise another continuance (8-17-23) yet another continuance granted (8/25/23) Went to court. Defendant was not present. Serving 20 yrs. Loophole can’t make him responsible bc he transferred ownership to his kids. Here’s Hoping he drops the SOAP.

They steal from u!! Square footage does not match with the amount of concrete they give u.. I did the math .. we spoke a week before pouring..and calculated several times the amount that was need to complete the job...during the pouring of the Concreter they told be that we need 6 more yards .... but when ur in situation where u can’t argue because contractors are pouring.. what do You do.. save ur money and find another honest company. Oh, and he dint allowed me to pay with my debit he wanted cash!! I confirm with 2 other concrete companies and they agreed that i bought 6 yards more that I needed..

They STEAL from you, i ordered 6 yards for a 17x21 and it should have only been 5 yards and i still did not get it complete. I called the sale man and he said i only needed 5 and when i explain to him he hanged up on me.Don't order from this company.

DO NOT RECOMMEND -Horrible service, concrete started cracking within 3 months. I advised the installer and he told me that it'll be on the vendor J-III Concrete. After being passed to several different representatives, one finally shows up only to tell me that the cracks are "estedic look" or surface cracks and that they'll look into it , pretty much nothing going to be done about it. Still waiting.....
