I had been wanting to change the railing on my stairs and had thought about doing the steps as well. After Jose came out and did a consultation with me and confirmed that my stairs needed to be done as well. I was sold!! I had seen their work in a neighbors home and had been wanting to work with them and after the consultation I knew they were the ones to go with. I paid my deposit and a few days later was given a work date. The work date arrived and they were very promt in getting to me, very professional and communicative. I was informed of how the process would go and to my surprise would be able to use the stairs throughout the whole process. J & J Elite Carpentry did an amazing job on my new stairs. From start to finish, they were professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. The craftsmanship is top-notch and the stairs came out exactly how I wanted—solid, clean, and well finished. They showed up on time, kept the space clean, and clearly take pride in their work. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpentry work.

We changed the upstairs from carpet to hardwood floors and subsequently needed our staircase rebuilt in hardwood. I had used J & J a few years back when they switched out our old handrails and posts to a more classic look, so I knew that I wanted them to do this job because they are truly that good. If I could give them 100 stars , I would. The quote for the work was reasonable and fair ….but it is the folks that do the work that are the most amazing part of this…there are different teams that come out to do different parts of the work…each man is a true artisan at what they do….each one takes care in prepping the areas so that the dust is kept to a minimum…at the end of each day they left the area in a safe and clean condition.
