Very good experience. Al M. thoroughly explained the three options we had for our new furnace/HVAC. He always got back to us in a timely fashion to answer any questions we had and even came by to help us fill out an application we needed. He made the process go smoothly. The installers, Joseph P. and Renato P., were professional and courteous. Upon arrival they put down drop cloths on floors throughout the house. Once they completed the installation of our heat/HVAC, they both took the time to show us the new furnace and explained the maintenance and usage. Also showed us how to use the new thermostat, since we were familiar with manual ones only. The clean up they performed was very thorough (as if they were never here). Very good workers.

We are so pleased with our experience with Meyer and Depew. The office staff and sales person, Gerard are tops. In single digit winter temperatures outside, Diego, Jeffrey, AJ and Rob made sure we had our furnaces and hot water heater replaced as efficiently as possible. Their professionalism and customer service were outstanding. Their special interest to help us keep our pets comfortable while they completed the job is also appreciated. I highly recommend Meyer and Depew services.

We first hired Meyer & Depew a few years ago to install ductless mini splits in our 1890s home. We now use them for regular maintenance and misc repairs on the AC as well as our steam heat system. The office is extremely response and the techs are all knowledgeable and courteous. They are always sure to get to the heart of any issue to keep it from happening in the future. We will continue using their services and would recommend them to others.

My experience with Jonathan R. was a pleasure. While circumstances for needing his services were not great, Jonathan quickly evaluated the HVAC system/installation problems and was able to thoroughly remediate both those issues and my concerns regarding long term system function and efficiency. I am very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge of HVAC systems, and his ability to quickly discern what needed to be done and accomplish it without any issues. Thanks again John!

Meyer & Depew are terrific!!! I have 2 furnaces in my home that are 20 years old and both decided to die at the same day. I was recommended by my neighbor to call them. I was very unhappy with the previous company that I had been using. I called them on a Saturday, explain what happened and a technician was at my home within the hour. He was able to get one furnace going so I would have heat on the first floor. He offered to bring over space heaters. Rubin was polite, professional, knowledgeable and caring. I definitely needed new more efficient furnaces. On the same day Gerard came to my home and we went over different types and pricing. Within the week they installed 2 new HVAC systems. Joseph P and Renato P were the technicians that installed everything. They worked all day
