He did an outstanding job cleaning my 26-year-old carpet, which was heavily soiled in multiple areas. Not only did he restore its appearance far beyond my expectations, but he also managed to remove a stubborn patch of candle wax that had been there for years. Joseph’s attention to detail and strong work ethic truly stood out—he approached the job with professionalism and care, treating my home as if it were his own. I have used J&J Floor Care many times and I am always extremely impressed with how well they clean and what stains they can get out! Joe has cleaned carpets in our personal homes, our Airbnb’s, dining chairs, bar stools and couches. Fantastic service all around. I would use their services again, and I recommend this company. I had the upholstery cleaned on a large couch, large ottoman & a king bed foam mattress. I bought the furniture from a work friend who moved out of town. When I got it all into my house it smelled horribly of marijuana & animals. It stunk the whole house up. It was unbearable. I thought it would be impossible to get the smell out- not with these guys! Joseph is awesome. He arrived early, and he took his time providing the best care & service possible. When I arrived home from work and walked in the door, my house & furniture smelled beautiful & brand new. He spent nearly 2 hours working on everything. I'm very happy. Thanks again to these great guys!

Second time I've used J&J, this time I was not sure with all the juice stains, some pet stains, and 20 year old carpet how it would turn out but it looks brand new! J&J did a fantastic job and will definitely be on my list for regular cleaning. They were fast, punctual, and very nice! Highly recommend

Our carpet looks and smells amazing. I called on a Friday afternoon and Joe was out the next morning (on a Saturday) and cleaned my living room carpet. Great job at a great price. Will definitely use again.
