I was so blessed to have Monty be able to come out and help me solve my issue with the garage not going up. I explained to him my husband had passed away and that I’m just not handy when it comes to that kind of stuff, but he was here and he showed me what was really happening. It was a real blessing and he didn’t even charge me a Service fee. He noticed the plug-in on the wall/a breaker . The light was red. Simply went over there and pushed it and services were reconnected.
I received prompt communication via phone and text messaging. SHAUN responded to evaluate my needs. Recommended complete replacement and upgrade @ a reasonable cost with discounts. Received message that equipment was ordered and estimated date of arrival to company. I was given next day Appointment and the information of the professional installer contact. It's great to have used a local contractor and fellow Veteran. SALUTE
We searched locally owned, veteran owned garage door service in Shawnee. We made contact with Next Level garage service. The receptionist got us put on the schedule and had us an appointment for the next day. We needed our garage door serviced. The price was awesome and the technician was knowledgeable and explained our options. We decided to just do the repair for now and will upgrade our garage door with Next Level garage service sometime next year! Excellent company, totally recommend!
If anyone is looking for a good, reliable garage repair/service then these are your guys… I had an issue with my garage & they were here at my house within the hour to look at it. Both techs were extremely professional & told me everything I need to know then provided solutions. 10/10 would recommend using this company for any garage door issues/new door installation/anything garage related… these are your guys!!!!
I had next level come out and fix our spring issues. The garage door was broke. They came out replaced a garage door spring. And did a routine maintenance tuneup. Overall great experience. Tell Fransisco he did an amazing job.
