Everything about this company is 5 stars. Contacted them at 10:00 am, they pulled out my driveway at 1:30 that same day with our ac back up and running. We have used this same HVAC company time and time again 10+ years they never disappoint. 5 stars for professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, quality and value. Very knowledgeable. We are very pleased and we will continue to use them.

Jason was quick to respond when our beach house AC unit stopped working. He and his team were accommodating and considerate to our rental guests. Jason was on time and prompt. The unit was replaced with an upgrade within 48 hours. I highly recommend J & J Heating & Air. A big thank you to Jason!

I called on a Friday evening and Jonah came to check on my heat pump the next day. It was not cooling effectively and the unit needed replacement. The weather was about as hot as it gets on Edisto and the temperature inside my home was 90 degrees! Jonah was able to order a new unit and install it on Tuesday. I greatly appreciated his prompt and thoughtful service and really appreciate being able to cool my house!

They came within 24 hours after our phone call, They gave a price for replacement of our HVAC unit and had it installed 48 hours later. They were very fast and proficient. No problems at all.
