We have been customers of this company since April 2020, getting our heating oil from them with no issues. In December 2024 we had an issue with our boiler and called to see if they could send a technician out to repair it. They told us it was $224 for the service call, for the technician to diagnose and hopefully fix it. We knew it would be more if it was an expensive repair. When the technician came he stated he wasn't sure what the issue was or if his solution would fix it. After he left, we got a call from the company offering to fix it for $400. We asked if that would fix the issue, since the technician had said he wasn't sure, and they said they'd call us back but never did. One of those few positive experiences is purchasing oil from J & J Quality Heating & Fuel. The staff are polite, solutions-oriented, personable, professional and seemed genuinely concerned that one time I ran out of oil and called them for a same day delivery. Great company. I was having issues with a clogged oil line causing my oil boiler to shut off. I called this company and a technician was able to fix the problem. The price was reasonable as well. Thank you.
