I recently used J&J to move my mother from New Hampshire to Naples, Florida. Everything went amazing. She had quite a bit of fragile items, they were all taken great care of. The movers got there early and did a great job! I would surely use them again.

I hired this company to do a move of my business, heavy safe and multiple workbenches. They didn't bring the tools necessary to move the safe, so we borrowed from my building. On the way down they broke the freight elevator and had to leave safe in the vestibule for a few weeks until they could return. I agreed it was fine to return to finish the job with a pallet jack and truck with lift gate a few weeks later. The day came and they brought a truck that mover reported had a tilted lift gate. They dropped the safe which weighs approximately 2200 onto the ground outside of my workplace and delivered it inside unknowingly UPSIDE DOWN. Jack and his team showed up on short notice with all of the equipment they needed, loaded a full kitchen (including cabinets and appliances) and delivered everything from Massachusetts to Maine promptly and professionally. J&J is my first call for another move.

Read your contract carefully. I scheduled the wrong date (my fault), but the contract says that if you have to reschedule (even if more than 7 days away), they'll charge you a rescheduling fee. I tried to reschedule to the correct date, but they said they were "fully booked on all the days," so they didn't try to adjust the schedule whatsoever. They didn't offer part of the time or an option to work later but incur an extra fee, or anything. Just nope. Can't do it. So, they got to keep the deposit and the cancellation fee. Basically got paid for most of the job and did absolutely nothing. Their contract also says they'll charge you extra for x, y, z, and doesn't list the final price because they want to nickel and dime you out of everything. Try a more reputable business with higher review

Used J&J for a move from NH to Boston. Jack was very professional and responded quickly to my emails. The move itself was seamless and all of my personal items were handled with care and properly packaged. Highly recommend!
