Jason Sanders was quite thorough in his inspection and priced reasonably. He walked me through the process and took the time to educate me in layman's terms on the issues that had arisen. Starting with the most egregious, I can now address these concerns, especially if it comes to selling my property. He has modern tools like a thermal imaging camera (detecting moisture and hot spots), a borescope (a snake-like camera to look in drains) and web based software programs to simplify the process of billing, scheduling and maintaining communication. Highly professional, courteous, and recommended.
