I used the spot hero service for reservation, the app nor site would not accept the license plate but charged me for the reservation. I pulled to garage and received a text from metropolis they starting to bill me for parking. Basically I was billed twice. I called apothero for credit minutes after leaving the venue to report. Needless to say, I’m still waiting for credit.
Need attendants to guide traffic out of garage. Sat in on spot for 30 minutes after event. Parking garage is also super tight for two way traffic
