We had 5 wool area rugs cleaned off-site at the place of business, JW Callahan. We allowed the company approximately two weeks to complete the job. The rugs were returned on the agreed-upon date but they were still damp. We are concerned about our wood floors being damaged by the moisture. Just FYI: the delivery does not include placing rugs back in rooms.

They were very professional. My rugs had never been cleaned and they did a beautiful job in 2 days. I highly recommend them.

I booked an appointment with this company in April to come clean the carpets in a home i was buying. They were supposed to show up today. June 9 at 10:30 am, a day before the movers came. They never showed up. I texted them and they did not respond. I called and they did not pick up. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I was very happy with JM Callahan carpet cleaning they did a great job and were very friendly.I will definitely get them to do my carpets again!
