The entire process with J&M (design, build, install) was perfect, as Jacob was extremely helpful with his consults and great ideas on even the smallest touches. He was very flexible, insightful, professional and the turnaround time was spot on. In 2021 we finished a large renovation on a 2 bedroom rental that is attached to our home. I found J & M Custom Kitchens, called and the rest is history... Jacob Fisher is an absolute treasure and is wonderful to deal with. He came to our home, measured everything, listened to what I wanted, invited me to his shop to view cabinet styles, stains and colors. Delivery was on time, installation without issue, and the price was very reasonable! The finished product is stunning! I highly recommend J & M Custom Kitchens. A few comments about J&M Custom Kitchens: Jacob Fisher’s craftsmanship is superb. The finished cabinets are stunning and will last a lifetime. His knowledge of wood is encyclopedic: how the different species take stain, how to prevent warping, what will age best with existing wood flooring, etc. After numerous in-person meetings, exhaustive Q&A sessions, emails, phone calls, etc., Jacob remained fully engaged in helping us get it right. His patience borders on superhuman. The J&M showroom provides an excellent opportunity to touch and feel his work. When my wife and I lived in New Jersey, we heard about J&M cabinets. Jacob was a pleasure to work with. We submitted the measurements of the kitchen and he fabricated the cabinets to the exact quarter of an inch. The quality of his work is suburb! We sold our house and moved Rhode Island. We decided to upgrade our in kitchen in the new house. Again, we drove to Pennsylvania to go see Jacob. We knew that we would receive the same service as we did in the past. Jacob didn’t disappoint.
