I recently encountered this company under a contract through the city. They picked everything that the city refused to pick up and placed it in my yard. They refuse to remove the items and deny accountability. Though I watched them pile the trash up on the side of my house and was able to obtain the names of Doug and Chilli Palmer. When I requested them to remove the items they claim they aren't responsible and nobody in the area on that contract is listed under those names. It is sad that I am a single mother who encountered multiple ego tripping men. Who are allowed to do whatever they'd like with no control or ethical value. It's sad that a woman has to do a job that the city nor it's fully male staffed contractors couldn't.

Fahey construction did some work in my neighborhood recently. Their machinery was parked at my house causing damage to my yard. I've tried to correspond with them and have spoken to five people at the office about said damage, with no follow up. This is a nice neighborhood and we all value our properties and make sure they are well taken care of, and I was treated like this was trivial (trivial being their words exactly) but this issue is not trivial to me. Would recommend to steer clear of this company. My daughter will be attaching pictures in a separate review.

Fahey is a great contractor with staff who do what they say they will. I called one of there PM's about some debris leftover from a project and he sent a crew out the next morning to rectify the situation. Thank you Mr. Rash! Polite, respectful and trustworthy.

Worst union asphalt company in Kansas City there’s no close second. Give city contracts to anybody else.
