Oh my lanta!! If I could give this company 10 stars I would. We moved into a new build about a month ago and have had insane electrical issues this week. Our warranty company got this company to come out today because half our house had no electricity. They DID NOT screw it up from the start, I am not sure yet who did. But we had two guys here, a father and son duo. Those poor souls had to spend like 3 hours here popping sockets off the wall, checking wires, checking fuses and probably 100 other things. But long story short they were absolutely amazing. We did end of having shotty work done I guess before we moved in. Thanks again guys! You are the absolute best !!! Wanted to do this review ASAP!

Don't call this company if you expect a response. We called them for some simple electrical work. They sent someone out to survey the work with a promise of a quote. Ghosted Me! Haven't heard a word from them since. We recently moved here from California into a new home and needs occasional outside work done. We have tried to call three contractors out to give us a quote on work and all three ghosted us. It seems the contractors in North Carolina are making so much money that they don't need my business. I will keep trying others not definitely not Pope.

I just had a service done. They were very professional and quick. They were very knowledgeable and educated me as a customer. I will use them again when the need arises.

Contacted JM Pope about an outside electrical box in my yard. I was called promptly back and electrical box was removed as promised the next day. This to me demonstrated high integrity. Thank you!

Quick return call. Had a friendly crew over in short time who fixed the problem. They were thorough and explained everything. Recommend!
