We have been searching for a window to put in the bedroom. On a whim we stopped at J& M supply . Dayla greeted us as we came through the door and as VERY helpful and courteous when we told her what we were looking for. She directed us to an area and went to exactly what we were looking for! Awesome company Jana was a great help on helping me research the correct patio screen door for my home. The patio door is over 10 years old. J&M always has great customer service and fantastic prices. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and knows what they're selling. They get me a quote super fast, unlike other suppliers who sometimes take a few days to get a quote back to you.

It was ok. Stood inside over 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me. No one called to tell me the door was ready. When I calked they couldn't find my order. & the door had damages when I got it. Was bummed for sure. Looks small & family owned which I admire but hate the bad customer service.

Great place to shop for lumber products and mulch. Caroline provided outstanding customer service during my visits to pick up mulch and other items. I Highly recommend this business.
