I hired Jarrell plumbing for a new home construction project in Hot Springs. Ron and his staff have done an excellent job. His employees are very professional and worked very hard to ensure everything is installed properly. Highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with their work and customer service. They were very efficient and help me until the problem was fixed. We will definitely recommend and they have earned a continued loyal customer.

We had used J P Jarrell to reinstall a hot water radiator in 2013. Recently, the radiator system did not come on when we set thermostat for winter season. So, again, we called Jarrell Plumbing & was told they could not get out that day. Two 2 days later, called because we had no response. Was told by the office lady with attitude, "you are on the list!" We must still be on the list after approximately 2 weeks. If she would just admit that they no longer have a boiler person, we would have moved on. .

I haven't used Jarrell in several years so I thought I would read the reviews before calling. Wow I said what has happened.? Saw some really negative stuff written. Well I called them anyway based on my past experience with them and I can tell what has changed . Nothing that I could tell. They were punctual, professional and the bill was very fair. We had new counter tops installed and went from double sink to single. . Was no problem for them . Will call again when a have a plumbing need.

I requested assistance in a possible gas leak I mentioned our old stove being gal. Now its been 2 weeks w/o a stove use. Normally they been my Mother choice for many years. Another plumber is requesting another appliance repair. We paid the previous plumber almost $500.00 due to 7 gas leaks under the house. Now another 100 or so to have the stove looked over before anyone will plug or turn the stove to usage. Billy has been AWESOME except in this one incident I believe it was due to miscommunication or what ...so by all means their good people doing good work!!
