This company requires in person payment at the office, I paid thousands up front for concrete and got scheduled. Pour day arrived and I was set and ready to go for 8:00-8:30am. I was Then told it would be an hour until they could get to me. I checked In and it became 10 to 11 then 12. I became Frustrated and asked for a manager. I called the field rep(Rex) who proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to get to me today(offered a refund which doesn’t help when i need the job poured and i had hired help already onsite) and that it was the batch plant guys fault (Jeremy) they had DOUBLE BOOKED me with a 500 yard pour! I had to pay finishers $1k to do nothing and be sent home at no fault of my own. Got on the schedule for the next day, 3 out of 4 trucks were “head packed” with gigantic

They lie about there mix designs they only have two materials 57 rock and sand but they change it in the computer to look like it's what you ordered so tex dot and all the rest are being fooled don't believe it go and check they sell false products
