I hired Jason in Feb 2020 to do substantial renovations of my home totaling over 20K. Jason never finished his work and what he did finish was subpar. Jason never did a contract with me, did electrical work while not being an electrician, plumbing work while not being a plumber, and never filed the proper permits with the town. He may claim to be an LLC but he is not registered with the SoS or his town. I have had to pay over 10K to fix what he has messed up and I am seeking legal action. RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION.

Jason helped us out so much with the work he did @ our house. We needed the shingle part of our roof done AND paint to metal. He did both. He also put up a much needed post in the basement and trimmed some branches for us. He really can do it ALL. He defines the term HOMEPRO. I would recommend Jason to do anything anywhere anytime, seriously.

I hired Jason to build a false wall, install a metal roof, and detache a building. While he was working out here and because of how much he saved us compared to other bids i asked him to do more jobs. He was always willing and helped explain how we could make my ideas a reality while also saving money. Everything has come out as expected if not better. I would highly recommend J. Rich builders inc.

Beware of hiring this guy.i hired him to finish My attic and build two dormers. He did not know what he was doing.never worked more than 3 days a week and got here at 10:30am and left at around 2:30pm. I gave him 28,200 dollars and had to fire him. I told him to keep 5,000 dollars and return the rest of my money back. Never heard from him again. Now I have to take him to court and am never getting my money back because several people are sueing him. If you hire him good luck to you.

Jason recently worked on insulating my crawl space. Not did an amazing job but his rates were more than reasonable and for the work he provided unheard of in today's world. Not only did he work beyond my expectations he was honest enough to let me know that a mistake made on my part required some additional materials. That kind of honesty is unheard of. This is a crawl space an area I probably will never use so I never would have been aware of the small section that needed to be done. As much as I hate to say it most contractors wouldn't have mentioned it and the client would never have even known. I will gladly reference him as well as my family who like me intend to use him again in the near future.
