Three days ago our home started having severe plumbing issues — all drains were gurgling and smelled like sewage, and within hours waste backed up into the bathtub. We have a 9-month-old baby, so this became an emergency quickly. We called this company and were told someone would arrive between 10–11am the next day. No one showed and no one called. Around 12:30pm we reached out and were told they’d be there within the hour. After several more hours and little communication, the technician finally arrived around 3:15pm. The septic tank was pumped, but the problem wasn’t resolved. The technician said the main sewer line likely needed to be jetted and told us he would return shortly with the proper equipment. I have to say I'm disappointed. I have used you since we moved here. We've had pleasant conversations. I've been trying to get you here for well over a month. You had to cancel because of an emergency. I let that go somebody was supposed to call me they didn't. Your mailbox is full can't leave a message. Finally got a hold of the son said he'd be here today. No call no show. I'm sorry but I have to break up with you and I will be calling somebody else tomorrow. Really bummed

We are under contract on a property in Fairfield and had called Longstreet on Tuesday to schedule a septic inspection. We were told that would take place today at 8:00 am. My husband was at the property at 7:55 waiting, and waited over 20 minutes before eventually calling only to be treated like it was no big deal that this individual stood him up. He was told that they would “get there around 11:30.” My husband works at 10:30, and we informed them that because we were told 8am that we expected someone to come out before 9 otherwise we would cancel. We were then told that they’d “do their best” to get there by 9:30. I scheduled an inspection in advance and they told me 8 o'clock. I also let them know that the Leach field was on another property. And that I coordinated, with both residence and realtors, coordinated child care and have work today and coordinated it all four their time, they gave me of eight o'clock. At eight thirty still no one there.And so I called. I was told " oh yeah.I can be there for eleven thirty". Explaining that it needed to be done now.They said that they couldn't get out there for an hour. No apology no sincerity nothing. If the measurement of a man is his word, there is zero of a measurement here. I canceled with them.Zero stars, I would avoid this place.

I called on a Sunday with a foreign object in my sewer lines from a home renovation project. They were able to come out the next day to fix our problem! While they were here we learned that we were 4 years over due to have our septic pumped (first time home owners) so we scheduled to have them come back the next week. They saved us thousands of dollars in damages and repairs! Plus you get to play with Lucas the dog 😉
