I am writing this to formally express my concern regarding the services provided for my Christmas light installation this season. The lights were installed on December 2. Prior to installation, Ryan provided me with a quote that included both the cost of the lights and labor, which I agreed to based on his assessment. All communication before installation was timely and clear. However, after the installation was completed, the final invoice reflected a higher labor cost than what was originally quoted. I reached out to Ryan via text to request a simple explanation for the additional labor charge. At the time the quote was provided, I was informed that the labor estimate was based on a satellite assessment of my home, including the structure and number of light bulbs required. There were

Bought an aerator from Andrew one of the owners and he told me nothing was wrong with it. I used it this week for the first time and it is junk doesn’t work. He lied and I reached out several times and crickets. Do not recommend someone who lies and doesn’t at least have a conversation about it

Great service…the products they use really do work! I have great grass, no weeds, pine trees are healthy and I haven’t lost one since using their pine tree beetle spray service. And they come when they schedule the service. All the technicians have been friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

This has been my first season using J. Rick and I will definitely be a customer for years to come. They offer more services than many other companies I tried, including putting down pre-emergent in the spring which my yard desperately needed. Office staff are incredibly quick to respond and have been so helpful with everything I've needed. The staff who come out to do the work have all been fantastic! They took great care in the service, explained any adjustments when the type of service I was getting changed and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend the company, they've made my yard care take seriously hours and hours less time than last year and at a very reasonable price.

J. Rick Lawns & Tree, Inc has rescued, restored my lawn twice to its best condition. Technicians are courteous, professional. If it is up to me, I will always use J. Rick. My opinion: they are the best of many yard services.
