Can’t say enough positive things about these guys. Tyler is always super accommodating with scheduling. They go out of their way to protect your home and leave things better than they found it! Pricing is super reasonable considering the care and expertise they demonstrate in your home. I really appreciate all of the floor protection and protection of edges in our home to prevent damage from hoses dragging against door jambs and furniture! Highly, highly, highly recommend JRs over any other carpet cleaning company in the area.

Tyler from J & R was amazing. From submission on the website to a quick follow-up and scheduling. We had our oushank rug and couches cleaned, and Tyler was efficient and professional. The rug and couches looked so good that we asked for our dining chairs to be cleaned, and I'm shocked at the stains he was able to get out! For reference, we have 3 small children and light fabrics. Incredibly impressed and will absolutely book again. We hosted this weekend and I had to recommend them 10+ times.

The best of the best! I had a very large area rug that needed deep cleaned and brought back to life. Tyler and his team made it like new, delivery was a breeze, and communication was 10/10. Highly recommend!!

Tyler was very helpful through out the scheduling process. He kept us updated and informed. He messaged when he was 15 minutes out from arrival. Very professional and friendly. He offered suggestions for caring for the carpets. He made sure to inform us how to properly dry the areas. We had Stanley clean carpets prior. They did a terrible job and left an awful odor in the carpets. We had a general carpet cleaning with odor control done through J&Rs. Tyler took his time and protected the floors through the home from the equipment.

J&R has been doing carpet cleaning for both Coburg Village and the individual residents’ apartments so I felt assured that the work would be professional. It was easy to schedule and the work was done efficiently and effectively. The price for a large living room/den and large bedroom was excellent. The operator, Alex, was lovely. I am pleased to recommend J&R Carpet Cleaning.
