J & S Floor Covering

Went into the store and Liz was helpful, but her follow up was nonexistent. I was told at least four times I would get a quote for my one room of flooring, but it’s been well over a week, and still no quote. They either don’t have enough help or don’t care about a small job/customer. Their loss, I’m an interior designer who could’ve brought them a significant amount of business.

We had our bedroom carpet replaced and the company did a wonderful job from start to finish. Sales staff was very helpful, owner promptly came to take measurements, explain process, etc., and the installers were very thorough and professional. Room looks wonderful and company would get a stellar reference from us.

J&S just completed two jobs for our company...office carpeting and tiling a service elevator. As a Facility manager I deal with various contractors on a daily basis and J&S has been an absolute pleasure. Excellent communication, quality work, and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

We just had a runner installed and it looks gorgeous! The service was fabulous and the quality and variety of rugs to choose from was terrific. They let me bring as many samples home as I wanted and never rushed us. The high level of professionalism and kindness was wonderful and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them as they clearly take pride in the quality of their work and service. We could not be happier!

I was very fortunate to have my contractor recommend J & S Carpet. I prefer a small local outfit vs. the big box store and it paid off big time. The owner, Steve Messina was hands on and his staff was outstanding. Good quality products, did what they said they would do, did it on the schedule agreed to and any blips were immediately corrected. Most blips as one knows are self inflicted, I changed my mind three times in midstream ! J & S carpet did not flinch, simply stated they understand and will take care of it. Indeed they did.
