Excellent service. I recently had all the locks in my new house replaced, and Arsen was professional, punctual, courteous, and highly skilled. The service was reasonably priced and the installation was quick. When I encountered an issue with one of the locks due to the weather, Arsen returned and fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend Veteran Locksmith to others.

Highly recommend Veteran locksmith! They were very knowledgeable and responsive and fixed my lock issue efficiently, and with a good price. Feeling much more comfortable and safe with my newly working lock. I had used them in the past when I Had an issue on a different lock and they fixed that one as well. Highly recommend!

I stopped by the shop to copy a key due to an emergency situ And was very short on time. The gentlemen assisting me immediately put everything else aside and cut the key on the spot. I truly appreciated his willingness to help and the sense of urgency he showed. Even though my transaction was very small, he made me feel like it was his top priority at that moment. That level of care is real customer service. Thank you very much!

THANK YOU SO MUCH ARSEN!!! 5 STARS!!! Arsen answered at 2AM. I told him I was calling for my sick, elderly mom because her front door lock was broken. I asked him what he charged to replace a door lock and he quoted $200-$250 (lock and installation all included). He said he could come between 9:30 AM -10 AM. He came on time and after replacing the front door lock she asked him to replace the back door lock also. He called me afterwards to explain he had to do some repair with the door frame for one of the locks. He did the work and charged exacty what he quoted and gave enough keys for 4 people. The only issue was he had difficulty charging her credit card a 2nd time to pay for the 2nd lock so she had to give cash. He told me to go to his shop for extra copies of the keys free of charge

On Saturday, 09/13, around 2 AM, I called Veteran Locksmith for help with a door lock that wouldn’t open. They responded promptly and resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes. Their service was efficient and reliable — I highly recommend them!!’
