I was called by Fran to schedule service at my apartment for existing building violations. We set up a day for a repairman to fix things. I took the day off from work. No one ever showed and no one called. I called - she apologized and I spoke to a man who said he was a manager. He said to take another day off (without pay) and someone would call the day before, day of and on their way to confirm an arrival. Well another, no call/no show with no pay for me from work since I was at home. They got me twice. Please use a more reputable contractor that will actually show up and do the work.

Installed a 14' wooden stair railing in hallway of co-op: horrible job, couldn't find beams for brackets so left holes in wall & didn't fix, painted railing without sanding it, didn't fasten bottom end of railing to wall left it hanging like a question mark, and cost was very high.
