I haven't been to this store in a while. Last time I was here, the key I received wasn't cut properly and had to be recut. I decided to come back since it's nearby. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The employees a man and woman were in the back room and ignored phone calls that weren't just mine but other calls to the store. They was talking to each other before any calls and when the calls came in stopped talking. I called to see if someone come to the front to assist me, but they wouldn't answer. I finally managed to get them on the phone after putting me on hold for while after stepping outside, and the employee tried to act like I was in the wrong store. Very unprofessional.

Called up this locksmith to get a high security key cut for one of my cars. They had the best price around, keys were cut perfectly no issues at all. Couldn't ask for anything more. If your looking for locksmith services give these guys a call.

Needed a copy of my apartment key and after running to Home Depot, another locksmith and a “locksmith kiosk” for 2 days only to end up with keys that did not work/fit, I found this gem on google and within 5-7 min I had 2 perfect copies of my key this morning

Man this place was a life saver! I had a older Toyota I bought with the Valet key. I wanted the original key and I provided Al with the key code and within minutes I had a original working key in hand. I called around many other places to do this and either nobody had the knowledge how to do it or they just simply didn’t want to be bothered. I’m glad I found this great locksmith so close to home. Will definitely be back.

A true Gem in NYC. These guys can make a key for anything! More keys than anywhere else. Friendly staff and fair prices. I will be back! Al and Natalie are the best.
