This company is horrible. They are contracted by COX to replace/upgrade the cables underground for the internet and cable in my neighborhood. I understand that the internet will be down when they are working. That’s not the problem. The problem is; when it’s time for them to go home, they pick up and leave, they do not reconnect the internet—leaving the entire neighborhood without any connection. That is unacceptable!! A lot of people work from home or run businesses. For the past couple of weeks I have been left with no internet for DAYS! Yes, DAYS!!! These people do not care about you or your clients. COX should hire someone else.

Rude phone taker was rude to a potential customer! Horrible customer service! And it would've been zero stars if I could do it!
