Got a text the day before from this “company” trying to schedule a roof repair, so I took off work to accommodate their schedule (10-12) and call at 11:50 when no one shows up to be told by a customer service person that they’re out buying the materials. Why wasn’t this done before hand to be here at the 10-12 time slot you selected? She said she called them and said they were 15 minutes away at 11:20. So she knew and they knew that they’d be late and didn’t call or text to let anyone know. When they finally got here at 12:15, the workers spoke veeeeery little English and didn’t seem to know exactly what they were here for.

Office staff (answering phones) very rude and unprofessional, lacks basic communication skills. They also do not respect your time for scheduled appointments. Some of their technicians do not clean up after themselves and leave a mess at your home.

Mr. Octavio is very honest. His company does quality work.

We had a deck that needed to be demolished and redone. These guys were hard workers and did an awesome job! Got the job done in 3/4 days.
