I only gave one star because they showed up when promised to look at siding repair. Jason Kilby came out, very nice guy looked at my issue and a few other things and told me he'd get back to me with an estimate. After one week and not hearing anything back (mind you the other estimates I received I had in a day) I called and left a message with no response. The second week I sent an email and again received no response. I even said to him if you decided not to do it please just let me know and I never heard a thing. Very poor customer service which is a huge red flag.!!

Spoke to one guy on his cell phone 2 weeks ago. He asked me to send him the address of the investment/rehab property. I never heard back... Left a message at their office to no avail either. We do 3-6 properties a year and needed another general contractor for some of them. Kinda disappointed.

I called with an issue with my appliance, the appliance repair man said that I needed to have an electrician out immediately. I spoke with J.A. Kilby and talked to someone about scheduling service and even asked them if there was a service fee just for coming out and was told no. Long story short, the guy was there for 5 minutes and it ended up that there was a switch that just needed to be turned on (Embarrassing, I know). Low and behold they said they had to charge a service fee of $45 for coming out. If they are dishonest about this and charge $45 to flip a switch imagine how bad it could be if they actually did work for you. They also did not return my phone calls or email after the visit. Stay away from this dishonest company.

They pursued my company over a period of 7 days to RUSH build duct for an office complex in Westlake. After giving them a price I was told to proceed and to get it to them within 5 business days. I was given the "GO AHEAD" verbally and by a purchase order by the job site manager. Prior to placing the order with my supplier I sent J.A. KILBY their invoice for payment. I Called and emailed multiple times after it was sent and never received any call back. Makes me wonder what they were upto..? A legitimate company understands you have to pay a premium price for custom items and RUSH orders beforehand, that's standard practice.
