2nd great experience with Jaam Electric Kenny Barba visited us for a warranty repair on a GFCI outlet in our new KB Home. Kenny was professional, polite, and went way beyond the call of duty. Not only did he fix the initial issue, but he also repaired damaged wiring, stabilized a loose exterior outlet we hadn't even noticed, and double-checked the technical connections to the panel to ensure everything was safe and functional. Horrible driver cut me off in traffic as i was getting up to speed. License plate 12475K2. Threw up a peace sign like what he did was cool. Hire better drivers.

Absolutely the worse company and the worst customer service department his name is ARNOLD. If I can give them zero stars is what they deserve. This company is used by D.R. Horton at Horse Creek Ridge new development in FALLBROOK, CA. They scheduled a technician to come out to install an electric outlet that was supposed to be in our garage for July 5th 0800-1000 NO CALL, NO SHOW and called Arnold and said he would reschedule JULY 16th between 800-1000 and would make it up by replacing an outlet inside our house with USB outlet. Once again, July 16th NO CALL, NO SHOW this is TWICE I took time off of work for THEM. Please please please do NOT do business with this company and save yourself headache. I seriously do not know how this company stays in business with horrible customer service.
